When the clients decide in which area they would prefer to purchase a property, we show them the different options available there, both in new promotions and re-sales and we proceed with the purchasing process:
- Reservation of the property. With the payment of a small deposit that varies according to the property that has been chosen, the product will then be out of the market.
- Purchasing contract. Making a first payment of the 25% of the total price, the purchase contract is signed to put on record the price of the property, the way payments will be done and the date that keys are handed over.
- Title deed. The last payment is done when the title deed is going to be signed at the Notary, and in that moment the keys are handed over.

Financing:
When the client requires a mortgage for the acquisition of a property, the banks will finance up to an 80% of the valuation price for residents in Spain and a 65% for non residents , in both cases during 30 years as maximum lasting period. The expenses of a mortgage fluctuate between 600 and 1,800 €.
